We accept payments through PayPal. You can still use your debit or credit card if you don't have PayPal.

We ship within 1-3 buisness days after we receive your order. We don't ship on Sundays and holidays.

It depends on your location.

For US orders, it takes about 5-7 buisness days.

For International orders, it takes 7-21 buisness days. Sometimes it will take even longer.

It depends on the item. Our creams should be back in stock within a few days or a week. Our soaps take longer and should be back in a few weeks.

If you ordered an item by mistake, then message us within 24 hours with the order number. We will cancel the order and refund you. You can either go to the contact page or e-mail us directly at naturaalskin@gmail.com.

If your order is damaged, then we will either give you a refund or exchange it. Send us a photo of the damage with your order number at naturaalskin@gmail.com. We'll be happy to assist you!
